AM-OS

Run the business on systems you own.

Onboarding, proposals and a one-screen view of the business — set up in your own accounts, priced once, and still running the day you stop paying us.

Give us a call See services and pricing

One hub that runs most of the business.

Onboarding, Engage and Ops Hub on one hub, in your own accounts: what each part does and what stays yours to decide, in about a minute.

Three parts. Each replaces something you do by hand.

Start with one. They share the same accounts, the same pricing and the same handover, so adding the next is a smaller job than the first.

Running at clients now

Onboarding

Anyone you collect documents from: new staff, clients, applicants. Replaces the email back-and-forth and the paper checklist.

  • Every new hire, client or applicant moves through stages you set, and nothing moves forward until its checks are done
  • Documents are filed to SharePoint only once they're accepted — no half-finished folders
  • Expiry reminders on licences and certificates, so renewals aren't a surprise

$3,000 setup · half to book, half at go-live

Engage

Replaces proposal documents, signature chasing and manual invoicing.

  • Proposal to signed and paid in one sitting. Walk a client through it on the phone and they can accept and pay before you hang up
  • Send a branded proposal; the client accepts with a click, and the agreement is sealed and filed
  • The invoice is raised in Xero the moment they accept — nothing re-keyed
  • Optional: pull your products and prices straight from Xero

Ops Hub

Replaces ten open tabs with one screen of the business.

  • Enquiries, jobs, invoices and the week's numbers on one page, pulled from the tools you already use
  • Finance from Xero, people from Microsoft 365, and whatever else earns a tile
  • AI that ranks what to do next against your goals, showing the numbers behind each suggestion. Nothing it proposes happens until you approve it
  • Opens where the day starts, instead of the day starting with eight logins

$3,500 setup · half to book, half at go-live

Half to book. Half when it's live. Then it's yours.

The setup is a one-off. It covers deploying the system into your own Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare accounts, fitting it to how you already work, and training your team on it.

There are no seats and no per-user fees, so a team of twelve pays the same as a team of two.

There is no hosting bill hidden in the price either. We don't run a second set of servers to hold your data. It sits in SharePoint, in the Microsoft 365 you already pay for, and we never keep a copy. You pay for the setup and nothing else.

Prices in AUD, ex GST. The Xero product link includes a clean-up of up to 200 products, so every item has a code, a price and a tax rate before anything is sent. Xero bills its own connection fee to you directly.

Not ready yet? Run your numbers first: what renting the same jobs costs over three years, against this.

Rent it, or set it up once. Run your numbers.

Pick the parts you'd use and how many people use each. The rented side is priced from the vendors' own pages at annual rates, so it's the fair comparison, not the flattering one.

Parts you'd use

Each part asks how many people use it. That only moves the rented side: AM-OS has no seats, so who uses it is up to you.

Onboarding

New staff, clients, applicants: anyone you collect documents from.

The files live in your own SharePoint, so storage is yours to manage. More in the note under the calculator.

Engage

Ops Hub

One screen over the whole business, not a tool for one team.

Rented plans
Setting up the rented tools 10 hrs each

Getting the account is one thing. Setting it up for your business is another: templates, stages, importing people, connecting Xero, learning it. Change the hours and the rate to suit.

Market plans use the annual-billing rates on the vendors' own pricing pages, checked 5 October 2026, in AUD at 1 USD = 1.44. Onboarding is compared with a dedicated document-collection tool, whose plans cap how many people you can have open and how many of your team can use it. The care plan is modelled at $149 a month after the three months included in setup. Rented setup is your own time at the hours and rate you set; vendor onboarding fees are uncommon at these plan sizes, so that field starts empty. Your team's training on AM-OS is part of its setup price. Microsoft 365 is assumed to be in place already. All figures ex GST.

File storage isn't counted. AM-OS files every document in your own SharePoint, inside your Microsoft 365 storage allowance, so keeping it in check is yours to manage: set how long records are kept, archive closed ones out of the live lists, and buy more storage from Microsoft if a busy intake outgrows it. We set up the archiving with you, so it runs on its own.

Cheaper because we don't keep your data.

Your records live in SharePoint lists in the Microsoft 365 you already pay for. There's nothing of yours for us to host, so there's nothing to bill you for every month.

No servers of ours

It runs in your Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 accounts. A vendor's monthly fee pays for their database, their backups and their support desk. We don't run any of that for you, so we don't charge for it.

No seats to count

Access is your Microsoft 365 sign-in, not a licence we sell. The twelfth person costs what the second did: nothing.

Built once, fitted to you

The same system goes into each client's accounts and is shaped to how they work. The setup price pays for the fitting and the training, not for building it from scratch.

And because it's your tenant, the things you'd normally ask a vendor for are already yours.

What you getA rented stackAM-OS in your accounts
Where your data lives In the vendor's database, under the vendor's terms In SharePoint lists in your own Microsoft 365, next to the files you already keep there
Who else can see it The vendor's staff, under their policy Nobody outside the business after handover. On the care plan, us, with access you can switch off
Audit trail Depends on the tool and the plan; often an export on request Every record keeps its version history: who changed what, when, and what it said before
Signing in Another login for every tool, set up again for every new starter Single sign-on: your team uses the Microsoft account they already have, with nothing new to set up. Clients and candidates get a secure link instead
Who gets in Seats bought and logins closed in each tool's own admin screen, one tool at a time Controlled from your own Microsoft 365 tenant, with the rest of your permissions. Remove someone there and their access goes with it. No seats to buy
Price as you grow Per seat, per month, every hire The same price at twelve people as at two
Connecting it to your other tools Through the integrations the vendor offers, or a CSV export It's already in SharePoint, your own back end, so Power Automate, Power BI, Excel and Teams can use it straight away
Backups and retention The vendor's policy Your Microsoft 365 backup and retention settings apply, the same as every other file
If you stop paying Access ends. You get an export, if one is offered It keeps running in your accounts. What stops is changes from us, not the system

It lands without stopping the week.

Nothing switches over until it's been running next to the old way and your team prefers it.

Build

We set it up in your accounts, shaped to your stages, your documents and your products. You see real screens with your own names on them before anyone uses it.

Run alongside

The old way keeps going. The new system runs beside it on real work for a couple of weeks, and the gaps show up while they're still cheap to fix.

Cut over

Your team is trained, the old process is retired, and the balance is paid. From here it's yours, running in your accounts.

Two ways to own it

Same system, same handover. The difference is who keeps an eye on it.

Self-managed

$0 a month

  • We hand over every key, remove our own access, and show you that it's gone
  • A health page inside the product tells you each connection is working and when each credential expires
  • You rotate a credential every year or two from a three-page runbook; we email you before it's due
  • Anything beyond that is hourly, whenever you want us back

It runs without us. It can't change without us. That's the honest trade: nothing stops the day you stop paying, and nothing changes under you on a Tuesday either.

The things people ask first

You're thinking

"Why not just subscribe to something?"

Our answer

You can. A rented stack doing the same three jobs runs $300 to $1,000 a month for a team of five to twenty, and the bill grows with every hire. This is one setup, in your accounts, with no seats. Run your own numbers.

You're thinking

"Why call it renting?"

Our answer

Because that's what it is. You pay every month, you never own it, and the day you stop paying, you're out. Australians know the difference between renting and owning. We think you deserve a fair go: your accounts, your data, and it keeps running without us.

You're thinking

"Couldn't we just build this in Power Pages?"

Our answer

You could. Power Pages is AU$299.30 a month per site for up to 100 signed-in users, paid yearly, before anyone builds the portal. AM-OS has no per-user licence: the setup builds it and fits it to you, and the records stay in your SharePoint.
Microsoft list price, ex GST, checked October 2026.

You're thinking

"Why is it this cheap?"

Our answer

Because we aren't doubling up on servers. A rented tool runs its own data centre and keeps its own copy of your data, and the subscription pays for that every month. AM-OS runs in the Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare accounts you already have, and your data stays in your own SharePoint. We never hold it. The setup is the only thing you're paying for.

You're thinking

"What happens if Advanced Monkey disappears?"

Our answer

It keeps running. The system lives in your Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare accounts, not ours, and it needs nothing from us to stay up. What you'd lose is the ability to change it.

You're thinking

"Do we get the code?"

Our answer

No. You get the running system and all of the data, which is what matters day to day. The code stays ours, which is how we can keep improving it for everyone who runs it.

You're thinking

"We're not a clinic. Does Onboarding fit us?"

Our answer

Yes, and it isn't only for hiring. It fits any process where a person moves through stages and sends you documents: new staff, new clients, applicants. The stages, documents and checks are set per business. The first version was shaped for a clinic's hiring; trades and recruitment are next, and the setup is where we fit it to yours.

You're thinking

"Doesn't SharePoint choke at 5,000 items?"

Our answer

That's a view limit, not a storage one. A list holds millions of rows; it's a view over more than 5,000 that slows down. So the live lists stay small on purpose: closed records are archived out of the working queue on a schedule, which keeps the day-to-day views fast and the archive still searchable.
